Job summary

Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is seeking an SEMH Support Worker for September 2025 to support secondary school students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. The chosen candidate will work within the Inclusion Team, contributing to the delivery of excellent educational interventions and ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive. Qualifications

Job description

  • Location: Smethwick, West Midlands, United Kingdom

Hours: 30hours per week, Term Time + 3 weeks

The post holder will assist in the smooth operation and day to day running of “The Hub” Intervention room delivering support to SEMH students across the Academy.
