As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Pastoral Support Worker to join our close-knit team at Glebedale School located in Stoke-on-Trent.
About the role
The Senior Pastoral Support Worker is responsible for providing high-quality pastoral care and support to pupils. This role involves leading and coordinating pastoral initiatives, supporting the emotional, social, and personal development of students, and working closely with teaching staff and parents to ensure that the well-being of pupils is promoted effectively.

Glebedale School is a special needs school providing education for pupils aged 7 years and upwards. We offer a nurturing and welcoming environment to SEMH pupils, with a curriculum focused on therapy, education, and personal development. Our aim is to help pupils grow academically, socially, and emotionally to become capable future citizens.
We serve 30 pupils from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and Cheshire. Our last Ofsted inspection in December 2022 rated us as “Good”.
