Residential Support Worker in Education - Lichfield - ASAP
I am currently recruiting for an exceptional Special Educational Needs School in the Lichfield area, seeking to appoint new SEMH support staff for children with Autism/SEMH and associated challenging behaviour experience.
The positions are for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term bookings. The school is looking for individuals with experience working with pupils with SEMH needs. As a Learning Support Assistant with care experience, you will work alongside the class teacher and other staff to support pupils in daily school activities. You will also support children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, ensuring they are motivated, happy, and engaged.
The school caters to children with a wide range of needs, including Autism, MLD, and SEMH complex needs. It serves pupils aged 5-11 and boasts extensive facilities and a dedicated support staff team committed to the welfare of their students.
