Job summary

REESON Education is recruiting for SEMH SEN TA / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to work in a Mainstream Primary school. Based in Braintree with opportunities across East London, we offer daily supply through to long-term contracts.

You will support pupils with a range of needs (SEN) across key stages, with small class sizes and flexible hours. A UK classroom background, DBS and references are essential to join our pool of candidates.

Qualifications

• Recent UK classroom experience (min 3 months).
• Experience with SEN (SEMH, ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, complex needs).
• Strong behaviour management and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Class support, 1:1 and small group roles across key stages.
• Provide behavioural support and manage safeguarding in the classroom.
• Assist with general classroom activities and pupil engagement.
