Job summary

Reeson Education is recruiting for a SEMH SEN TA to work in a Mainstream Primary setting. Flexible hours with daily supply to long-term contracts, across East London and beyond. The role involves 1:1 and small group support for learners with SEMH, ASD, MLD, SLD and PMLD in small classes.

Applicants should have UK classroom experience, strong behaviour management and excellent communication. DBS/police checks and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• UK classroom experience (min 3 months).
• Experience with SEN (S SEMH, ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, complex needs).
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy abilities.
• Eligible to work in the UK with valid DBS/police checks.

Responsibilities

• Class support, 1:1 and small group work.
• Work across SEN schools and varied key stages.
• Daily supply, short-term and long-term contracts.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and safeguarding.
