Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is recruiting an Unqualified Teacher for a specialist SEMH secondary school in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. You'll deliver engaging lessons to KS3 and KS4, support students with SEMH needs, and work with pastoral teams to promote engagement and progress.

The role offers competitive daily rates, access to free CPD, and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, with opportunities for longer-term placements. A DBS check and safeguarding checks will be required.

Formación

• Unqualified teacher role in SEMH setting.
• Experience supporting secondary pupils with SEMH needs.
• Ability to motivate and engage learners with diverse needs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 using provided planning and resources.
• Support students with SEMH needs to access the curriculum and stay engaged.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
• Establish a positive, structured classroom environment with clear expectations.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support student progress.
