Job summary

Qualifications

• You must be able to drive, as you will commute between sites in and around Totnes.
• Previous experience is not essential; suitable for graduates, youth workers, sports coaches, teaching assistants, or anyone with an interest in working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students with SEMH on a 1:1 basis and in small groups (Maths & English support).
• Assisting with classroom activities and learning tasks.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development.
