Qualifications

• Experience with youth work or mentoring preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and commitment.
• Ability to work with SEMH and SEN students.

Responsibilities

• Mentor 1:1 or in small groups.
• Support SEMH and SEN students daily.
• Collaborate with educators and families.
• Help students express themselves through creativity.
• Promote positive behaviour using trauma-informed approaches.
