Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Nurture Teacher for an immediate start at a small, outstanding Specialist Provision in Altrincham, Cheshire. You will teach a balanced Primary Curriculum to Year 7 to 11 students in small groups of 6–7, supported by learning assistants, with excellent facilities and outdoor education opportunities.

The role offers GCSE subjects, a calm learning environment, and a chance to focus on nurturing learners.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status is essential.
• Experience teaching Primary KS2 or Secondary KS3/4 with Nurture Groups.
• Previous experience in a UK school.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Teach a balanced Primary Curriculum to small groups (6–7 students).
• Contribute to nurture provision and support student progress.
• Work under supervision with learning assistants in a calm environment.
