Qualifications

• Holds the recognised nurture qualification and has experience of leading nurture groups.
• Understands trauma-informed and nurture-based approaches.
• Builds strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Is calm, flexible, and solution-focused.
• Can work effectively across both school and outreach settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, supportive nurture environment for pupils with SEMH needs.
• Deliver personalised, engaging learning experiences.
• Support children’s emotional development alongside academic progress.
• Work with onsite team and outreach provision to support children and families.
• Be part of a highly skilled, compassionate, and collaborative team.
