TeacherActive is seeking an LSA for a SEMH school in Telford to support pupils across primary and secondary phases. The role requires supporting learning, emotional regulation and behaviour in a nurturing classroom.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team, with immediate start and long-term placement. PAYE staff, with market-leading pay and ongoing CPD opportunities as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people within an education or care setting.
• Experience working with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour.
• Understanding of cognitive and behavioural difficulties.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across primary and secondary age groups with learning.
