Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people in education or care settings.
• Experience working with pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour.
• Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across primary and secondary age groups in the classroom.
• Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour support to improve learning outcomes.
• Contribute to development within the classroom environment and routines.
