• Two education or school-based references.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 and small-group mentoring support for pupils with SEMH needs
• Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement in learning
• Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and external professionals to deliver tailored support plans
