Job summary

Randstad Education in Horley is seeking a dedicated Worker to support students aged 5 to 16 with SEMH needs, providing compassionate personal care and trauma-informed support to help pupils feel safe and ready to learn.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30, on-site at a remote campus setting, with a pay of £95–£105 per day and term-time only work so all school holidays are free.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational or care settings (3–6 months).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• GCSE English & Maths at Grade 4/C or above.

Responsibilities

• Support students aged 5 to 16 with SEMH needs.
• Provide personal care for students across the age range.
