Qualificações

• GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent required.
• Caring, patient and positive approach to supporting young people.
• The resilience to remain calm and consistent in challenging situations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliability, professionalism and confidentiality awareness.
• Willingness to learn, develop and adapt approach to individual needs.
• Genuine commitment to helping every student reach potential.
• Driving Licence required.

• Supporting students in class, in small groups and 1:1 to help achieve goals.
• Building positive relationships to help students feel safe and ready to learn.
• Delivering personalised support and learning programmes with teachers.
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and communication skills.
• Providing calm, consistent support during challenging moments.
• Supporting educational visits and enrichment activities.
• Celebrating progress and creating a positive learning environment.
