Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant in Wimbledon, Greater London to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will help students stay engaged, build confidence, and work closely with teachers to maintain a positive learning environment.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, managing emotions and behaviour, and acting as a constructive role model for young people. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• SEMH understanding and supportive approach in classroom settings.
• Ability to support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Experience with young people and resilience in challenging environments.

Responsibilities
