Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs.
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain; right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for SEMH pupils.
• Build positive relationships and support emotional regulation.
• Assist teachers with tailored lessons and interventions.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff, SENCOs, therapists, and other support staff.
