Job summary

Phoenix Park Academy and Sevenhills Academy, part of Wellspring Academy Trust, are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Care Team. The role places Dr Bruce Perry's Regulate, Relate, Repair framework at the heart of daily practice.

You will support learners through emotional connection and growth, building safe relationships and helping students reflect and re-engage with the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs across Key Stage 2, 3 and/or 4.
• Trauma-informed and relational approaches to learning are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support learners through emotional connection and growth using Regulate, Relate, Repair.
• Build genuine, trusting relationships that foster belonging, safety and respect.
• Help students reflect, restore relationships and re-engage with the curriculum.
