Wellspring Academy Trust is recruiting for Teaching Assistant roles across North East Lincolnshire to support students with SEMH and academic learning within classrooms. The Trust invites applications from dedicated staff who will work in a collaborative two-person team to engage learners and promote positive outcomes.

Roles involve delivering targeted support, attending to emotional well-being, and helping raise attainment in Maths, English and Reading.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Supporting teachers to delivery effective and accessible learning for all students
• Offering personalised support to help students achieve
• To be a calm, regulated presence to support children with all emotions, including Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• To recognise and praise small steps of progress with students and be proud and celebrate these
• To help support the teacher in the organisation and running of a classroom
• To recognise that every child is unique and to be able to support them with strategies to help them in school
• To raise students academic levels in Maths, English and Reading
