Job summary

Sevenhills Academy is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support students with SEMH and academics within classrooms, working in a small team. The role involves assisting in maths, English and reading, and leading small groups to boost resilience and self-esteem.

Qualifications

• Calm, regulated presence to support children with all emotions.
• Support the teacher in facilitating learning and raising educational standards.
• Assist in production of classroom and specialist resources.

Responsibilities

• Support students with Maths, English, Reading, SEMH and practical activities.
• Lead small groups and individuals to develop resilience, social skills and self-esteem.
• Collaborate with teachers to raise educational standards and outcomes.
