Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or experience working with pupils with SEMH needs
• Proven experience supporting behaviour and managing groups of learners
• Strong knowledge of SEMH strategies, behaviour management and de-escalation techniques
• Two education or school-based references

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring learning continues in a calm and structured manner
• Supporting pupils with SEMH needs to manage behaviour and remain engaged with set work
• Implementing behaviour support strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment
