Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and delivery of targeted SEMH support for students.
• Manage a caseload and monitor student progress within the SEND strategy.
• Oversee learner journeys from transition into college through progression and next steps.
• Collaborate with student support and curriculum teams to maximise SEMH funding and impact.
