Responsibilities

• Nurture-based curriculum delivery in a specialist SEMH setting.
• Plan and teach a thematic curriculum up to GCSE where possible.
• Baseline assess pupils with SENCO to create learning plans.
• Act as cohort tutor, supervise staff and liaise with senior management.
