Academics are seeking a proactive and resilient Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Runcorn, supporting students who require additional support to positively approach education and learning.

This role involves providing classroom support, building positive relationships, and prioritising safeguarding and wellbeing while helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with children and young people.
• Experienced in working in a classroom environment.
• Proactive and dedicated to supporting students and their learning.
• Knowledge of mental health challenges in children, ASD and ADHD.
• Based in Runcorn or surrounding areas.
