Qualifications

• Experience as TA or supporting SEMH
• Confident, proactive and able to manage challenging behaviour positively
• Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable students
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Support SEMH students 1:1 and in small groups
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Work with teachers to create a consistent supportive environment
• Help students develop emotional resilience and coping strategies
