Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting SEMH & Behaviour Support Staff to work across specialist schools and alternative provisions in Telford. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, anxiety and SEND, helping them access learning.

You will collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams, using positive behaviour strategies to build resilience and engagement, with immediate starts and long-term placements available.

Formación

• Experience working with SEMH and SEND pupils.
• Ability to establish supportive 1:1 and small-group support.
• Knowledge of positive behaviour management strategies.

Location - Telford - (TF1)

Salary - £95-£120 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date - November 2026

Teaching Personnel is recruiting passionate and dedicated SEMH & Behaviour Support Staff to work across specialist schools and alternative provisions throughout Telford.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people who require additional guidance to thrive both academically and emotionally.

You will be supporting pupils with:

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Challenging behaviour
• Anxiety and emotional regulation difficulties
• Additional learning needs and SEND
