Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs across primary and secondary phases.
• Build positive relationships and act as a consistent role model.
• Use de-escalation and engagement strategies to keep pupils engaged in learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote a positive learning environment.
• Provide feedback on pupil behaviour, engagement and progress.
