Job summary

Vision for Education is working with a specialist primary school in Henbury, Bristol, supporting children with SEMH needs. The role is for an experienced Behaviour Mentor who can help pupils feel safe, build trusting relationships and develop positive ways to manage their emotions and behaviour.

£475 per week, paid through PAYE (dependent on qualifications). The role offers the chance to make a real difference to primary-aged pupils and to develop skills in SEMH and behaviour support with

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with significant or extreme challenging behaviour.
• A resilient, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• The ability to remain calm and respond positively in difficult situations.
• Confidence building relationships while maintaining clear, consistent boundaries.
