Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Haywards Heath is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH in a primary setting. The role runs Monday to Friday during term time with a temp-to-perm pathway and a daily rate of £92.59.

You will build positive relationships, implement behaviour strategies, and work with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to support learning and emotional development in a rural school.

• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the school's rural location

We are currently recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEMH primary school in Haywards Heath, supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young children develop confidence, manage their emotions, and engage positively with learning in a nurturing and therapeutic environment.

The Role:
