Job summary

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required.
• Excellent classroom management and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with secondary-aged pupils.
• Experience supporting students with behavioural needs is highly desirable.
• Ongoing education and training will be provided to support professional development.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
• Deliver engaging lessons and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
• Contribute to high-quality education and ongoing staff development to support pupil outcomes.
