Job summary

Teach360 is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a SEMH secondary school in Greenwich starting September 2026. You will provide 1:1 support and in-class assistance to pupils, helping manage behaviour and support learning.

The role also covers supervision during lunch, breaks and after school, with a focus on students who may have ADHD, SEMH or ASD. A background in behaviour support and physical intervention training is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEMH students and those with ASD is advantageous.
• Ability to provide 1:1 support and in-class assistance to pupils.
• Physical intervention training is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support and in-class assistance to students on a day-to-day basis.
• Supervise students during lunch and morning breaks and assist after school as needed.
• Monitor classroom behaviour and support learning during lesson times.
