Job summary

Spire Healthcare Limited is seeking a Self-Pay Advisor to join our Patient Support Centre Sales team in Seaham. The role involves managing self-pay enquiries, converting warm leads into confirmed appointments, and delivering high-quality service to meet performance targets.

Full training will be provided for this 12-month fixed-term contract. Working hours are 37.5 per week, with shifts across Monday to Friday 8:00am–7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am–4:00pm as required, within a fast-paced private

• Experience handling self-pay enquiries and converting leads to bookings.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms.
