Job summary

Spire Healthcare is recruiting a Self-Pay Advisor to join our Patient Support Centre Sales team based in Seaham. The role involves handling self-pay patient enquiries, converting warm leads into appointments, and delivering high service standards with training provided.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with 37.5 hours per week. The candidate will work across a hub supporting a national sales framework, using multiple systems to manage enquiries and bookings, while upholding Spire’s values

Qualifications

• Experience managing self-pay patient enquiries.
• Ability to convert warm leads into appointments and sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills within a healthcare environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hub supporting a national sales framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-pay patient enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms.
• Handle enquiries from initial contact through to appointment booking.
• Convert warm leads into appointments and sales to meet KPI targets.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service in line with private healthcare expectations.
• Manage and prioritise your own workload effectively.
• Use multiple systems to support enquiry handling and booking processes.
• Promote Spire's Values and Purpose, contributing to a culture of service excellence.
• Build positive relationships through clear and effective communication.
