Job summary

Spire Healthcare are seeking an experienced People Advisor to join the Patient Support Centre in Seaham. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week and sits within Spire’s People Team.

You will provide expert HR advice to colleagues and managers, build relationships across the hospital and manage multiple priorities with a strong focus on delivery and wellbeing. Equal opportunities employer.

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience as a People/HR Advisor.
• Knowledge of HR functions and systems.
• Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary / grievance procedures.
• Ability to identify and implement business focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert HR advice to Spire colleagues and managers within the Patient Support Centre.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Managing multiple priorities with strong organisation and delivery of promises.
• Providing high quality HR guidance in line with policy and best practice.
• Supporting managers in performance management, disciplinary, grievance and change management.
