The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in Plymouth invites you to join as a self-employed Membership Advisor. Build your own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation that has supported UK small businesses for over 50 years.

You’ll manage your own schedule with unlimited earning potential, use Salesforce to manage leads, and receive unrivalled support as you win new members and grow your territory.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
