The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in Milton Keynes invites entrepreneurial individuals to join as self-employed Membership Advisors. You’ll run your own sales business, backed by a trusted national body with 50+ years supporting UK small firms.

You control your schedule while receiving strong support and a clear pathway to growth. Roles include winning new members, developing a territory plan and managing leads with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
