Job summary

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) invites you to become a self-employed Membership Advisor in Derby. You’ll run your own sales business, backed by a trusted national organisation that has supported UK small businesses for over 50 years, with flexible hours and the freedom to set your own schedule.

You’ll win new members, build a territory plan, generate referrals, manage your pipeline, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
