Job summary

Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Cornwall invites ambitious self-employed sales professionals to join a proven national platform. You’ll run your own sales business with unlimited earning potential while being backed by a trusted UK organisation that has supported small businesses for over 50 years.

As a Membership Advisor, you’ll be your own boss with flexible hours, win new members, develop a territory plan, generate referrals, and manage your pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and resilience are essential.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Confident in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
