Federation of Small Businesses is seeking a self-motivated Membership Advisor to run your own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation with 50+ years supporting UK small businesses. You’ll be your own boss with flexible hours, while receiving unrivalled support from the FSB and access to a proven territory plan and CRM tools.

Grow your income by winning new members, managing your pipeline, and closing deals across your area.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop is important.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
