The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) offers a self-employed sales opportunity backed by a trusted national organisation with 50+ years’ experience helping UK small businesses.

As a Membership Advisor you’ll run your own business, set your schedule and income, and receive support every step of the way.

You’ll win new members, build a smart territory plan, manage your pipeline in Salesforce and close deals with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
