Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases seeks a Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth across the UK and EU EPC market for technical products, packaged equipment and engineered solutions. You will lead accounts, develop projects from early engagement through negotiation and handover, and expand opportunities into broader equipment packages.

The role requires 5+ years in technical sales or BD in industrial equipment, with EPC experience in UK/EU, strong negotiation skills and willingness

Qualifications

At least five years of successful technical sales or business development with industrial equipment or engineered solutions.
Experience selling to EPCs in UK/EU and understanding procurement and supplier qualification processes.
Track record upselling products into larger packaged solutions and increasing order value.
Ability to discuss equipment applications and coordinate with specialist teams.
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead account relationships with EPC accounts across UK/EU.
Develop territory plans to increase market penetration.
Identify projects early to influence equipment selection and supplier status.
Position offerings with clear value propositions addressing performance, reliability and lifecycle costs.
Lead qualification, proposals, negotiations and delivery within delegated authority.
Maintain CRM data, forecasts and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with Technical Sales and Applications teams to validate technical fit.
