Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the UK and EU EPC market. You will lead direct account relationships, develop project opportunities, and expand single products into larger packaged solutions, collaborating with Technical Sales and Applications teams to win orders.

The role requires a track record in technical sales to EPCs, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to manage complex accounts and long-cycle

Qualifications

• At least five years in technical sales or business development for industrial equipment.
• Experience selling to EPCs in the UK/EU and understanding procurement processes.
• Proven success upselling products into larger packages and increasing order value.
• Ability to map opportunities in adjacent applications and cross-sell.
• Strong commercial judgment and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead account relationships with UK/EU EPCs and engage senior decision-makers.
• Develop territory plans to strengthen relationships, win new customers and increase market share.
• Identify upcoming projects and influence equipment selection and supplier status.
• Position products with clear value propositions addressing performance, lifecycle cost, and delivery.
• Manage opportunities from qualification through proposal and negotiation, ensuring timely handover.
