Job summary

Park Plaza Riverbank is seeking a Security Team Leader to lead the hotel security team and ensure guest safety and a secure environment. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, SOP compliance, and proactive incident management within a stylish hotel setting.

You will collaborate with other departments to maintain high security standards, train staff, and respond to emergencies. The position requires day and night shift availability and a customer-focused mindset in a premium hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as Security Supervisor/Team Leader is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of hotel security procedures, emergency protocols and evacuation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Security team to deliver safe and secure hotel operations.
• Ensure the safety of guests, staff and visitors at all times.
• Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures and incident response plans.
• Coordinate day and night shifts and handovers to ensure full coverage.

We Are Looking For a Security Team Leader Who

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
• Ensures employees, guests and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel
• Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
• Will effectively manage their department and being a hands on leader
• Is well organised, an excellent communicator and committed to building and developing their team
• Is available to work Day and Night shifts.
• Has previous experience as Security Supervisor/Team Leader required
