Job summary

Park Plaza Riverbank is seeking a Security Team Leader to lead the security team and ensure the safety of guests and staff in a premium hotel setting. The role emphasises hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and adherence to security SOPs, with shifts across days and nights.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Security Team Leader who:

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
• Ensures employees, guests and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel
• Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
• Will effectively manage their department and being a hands on leader
• Is well organised, an excellent communicator and committed to building and developing their team
• Is available to work Day and Night shifts.
• Has previous experience as Security Supervisor/Team Leader required
