Job summary

Team17 Digital Limited is hiring a Security Team Leader for a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering day and night hours. The role involves leading a gatehouse team, overseeing vehicle entry/exit, and ensuring safety through patrols and searches.

You should have basic IT skills for report writing and record keeping, with DBS clearance preferred. The position offers on-site work with a fortnightly pay cycle and on-site parking.

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Security Team Leader to join our team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working days and nights.

• Shifts: 4 on 4 off Days/Nights rolling roster
• Payrate: £15:00
• DBS required
• Hours per week: 42-hour contract Overtime available
• First Aider - Training can be arranged

Duties will include:

• Leading a team in a gatehouse environment booking vehicles in and out.
• Checking vehicles. Patrols, Emergency response.
• Patrols both internal and External
• Personal and Vehicle searches

There is some computer use in this role and it would be great if you had some basic IT skills, we need our guards to get involved in report writing and record keeping (we will provide any further training needed)
