Job summary

ABM Careers in Oxford North is seeking a Service Team Leader to oversee a multi‑disciplined team of cleaners, security guards and waste operatives, delivering and maintaining the highest standards of Security and Environmental services within a busy, town centre‑based facility.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and clear communication to maintain daily operations, drive customer service, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for visitors.

Qualifications

• Front-line leadership experience in Housekeeping or Security.
• Ability to develop and inspire team members.
• Clear, articulate communicator with colleagues, management and customers.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Professional, proactive approach to problem solving and conflict resolution.

HOURS: 42 hours per week

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON 4 OFF

PAY RATE: £15.00 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our management team, overseeing a multi‑disciplined team of Cleaners, Security Guards, and Waste Operatives. As a Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining the highest standards of Security and Environmental services within a busy, town centre‑based shopping and leisure facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate your team to ensure the highest service standards in Security, Cleaning, and Waste Management.
