Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is recruiting for customer-facing security personnel to join our team. You will perform site patrols, CCTV monitoring, and access control while delivering professional service to clients and visitors.

Training is provided to help you grow within the role and support our prestigious client sites. Ideal candidates are 18+, hold SIA Guarding or Door Supervision, CCTV licences, and have a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site security patrols and CCTV monitoring.
• Manage access control and accreditation for visitors and contractors.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, completing reports and documentation.
• Support emergency procedures and assist with incident handling.
• Collaborate with the wider security team, maintaining a positive client experience.
