Mitie is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a small team of Security Officers at a high-profile Nottingham City Centre site on a fixed-term six-month contract. The role requires supervising daily operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards of service.

The candidate should have a valid SIA licence (including CCTV) and proven leadership, with excellent English communication and IT skills. On-site role with corporate client expectations.

Qualifications

• SIA licence valid and in-date, including CCTV.
• Experience leading a security team or taking lead in absence of a supervisor.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations on site.
• Act as first point of contact for the security team, maintaining standards.
• Support training and induct new Officers to site procedures and policies.
