Mitie Group plc. is seeking a vigilant Corporate Security Officer to safeguard people, property and assets at our client sites. You’ll manage front‑of‑house duties, monitor access control and CCTV, and perform routine patrols to uphold our high service standards.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. An SIA front-line licence is essential and must be worn on duty; IT literacy is required to operate

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) is essential.
• IT literacy to operate security systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver security services in compliance with site AI, UK law, and policies.
• Manage reception, visitor logs, keys and passes, and goods-inward areas.
• Use CCTV and access control systems to monitor site security.
• Identify hazards and respond to incidents, maintaining logs and timely reports.
• Complete mandatory training and participate in ongoing professional development.
