Job summary

OMNi is seeking a Security Supervisor to deliver exemplary safety, security and customer service within the centre. You will support day-to-day operations, including emergencies, visible security coverage, and handling tenant enquiries with calm professionalism.

The role involves 42 hours per week on a 4-on/4-off rotation (day and night shifts), with duties spanning CCTV, control room operations, and contractor supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA frontline licence.
• SIA CCTV licence is preferable but not essential; training provided.
• Strong alertness and vigilance.
• Ability to lead and work well within a team.
• Good written and spoken communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site health, safety and security.
• Record and report incidents via Datastation (online compliance portal).
• Control and supervision of contractors.
• Respond to reasonable requests from tenants, including assistance.
• Carry out other reasonable requests from the Line Manager.
• Perform standard control room duties: answer calls, monitor systems, file, manage emails.
